The feature of statistical reports allows you to monitor several important parameters, thanks to which you can better evaluate how your business is doing.
This feature is available in the Business - Dashboard - Show statistics button.
At the top of the reports page, you have the option to choose a specific period for which you want to view the statistics data. At the same time, you will find a download button there - by clicking on it, the system will create an export of all bookings from your calendar in CSV format for this selected period and download it to your device.
The system will show you the results of these parameters:
Number of bookings in the specified period
It shows how many bookings for individual services for your selected period have been made in your calendar. You can compare the number of bookings by selecting various time frames, by days or weeks. Moreover, you can see there how many clients didn’t arrive at their appointment, and also how many reservations were canceled.
Calendar utilization and events
This is one of the most important pieces of data that will show you the availability of your services. In other words, the free capacity that you are still able to fill.
Number of clients
It shows what percentage of your customers are people who have come to you for the first time and how many are those who are already your regular guests.
Source of bookings
It graphically shows how many bookings were made by you via the calendar and how many bookings were created by your clients via the Booking Website. If you use one of the options to link the booking form to your website (iframe, booking button), the system will also display the number of bookings created in this way.
Staff overview
It shows you the number of bookings assigned to individual staff members. You can also view the results in the form of future revenues from services booked with each of the employees.
Services overview
It shows the number of bookings made for specific services and their calculation in the value of future incomes.
Passes
If you use passes, the statistics will tell you how many of them you assigned to your clients in the chosen period.
The statistics function is available in all premium plans of the system (Starter, Standard, or Pro).
