Do you want to track whether the client arrived on the agreed date or not? Nothing is easier than using the attendance check feature available for all plans. This feature can be particularly useful for tracking the reliability of clients.

Changing the booking status in the calendar for individual appointments

In the Calendar tab, open the booking which status you want to change. Click on the arrow under the title Booking status, select one of the offered options, and then confirm the change with the Save button.

How to change the booking status for individual appointments in the Reservio Business app

You can change the booking status also via the mobile app. Click on the Calendar icon in the bottom bar and open the booking which status you want to change. Click on the Booking status and select one of the offered options.

Changing the booking status in the calendar for group events

In the Calendar tab, open the event that contains the booking and which status you want to change.

In the list of reserved spots, select a specific booking, and in the drop-down list where you see “Confirmed”, click on the arrow and select one of the options offered.

How to change the booking status for group events in the Reservio Business app

You can change the booking status also via the mobile app. Just click on the Calendar icon in the bottom bar and open the event that contains the booking which status you want to change. Click on the tick icon and select whether the client arrived or not.

Checking the attendance

To check whether the client attends their reserved dates or not, open the client profile in the Clients tab. Below the name and details, you find an overview of their bookings, including the number of no-shows.

TIP: If a certain client regularly skips agreed appointments, or you generally do not have a positive experience with them, you can block them.
