How to block a client

From time to time, you may also encounter a situation where you come across not entirely reliable clients. If particular clients regularly skip the agreed appointments, or you generally do not have a positive experience with them, you can simply block them.

  1. Open the Clients tab.

  2. Select the unreliable client from your database and open their profile.

  3. Then click on the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner.

  4. From the options menu, select Block.

A blocked client will no longer be able to create new bookings for your services. But the client's data stay stored in your database. The fact that it is a blocked client will be highlighted by a red icon next to their name.

Unblocking a client

If you change your mind about blocking them for some reason, you can unblock the client using the same approach. Open the selected client's profile and select the Unblock option under the cogwheel icon.
