To check whether the client attends their reserved dates or not, open the client profile in the Contacts tab. Below the name and details, you find an overview of their bookings, including the number of no-shows.
TIP: If a certain client regularly skips agreed appointments, or you generally do not have a positive experience with them, you can block them.
Checking the attendance in the Reservio Business app
To check the number of no-shows for a client in a mobile app, open the client’s profile in the booking detail. You will see a new tag next to their name indicating the number of times they have been marked as a "no-show." Clicking on this tag will provide you with the exact count of no-shows associated with that client.
This tag will appear in the system only if the client has been marked as a no-show previously.
