I didn't receive a confirmation email for the booking. What should I do?

If you are sure you created your booking correctly but didn't receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder first. Alternatively, look in other folders within your email box where the message may have been filtered.

If you can't find the confirmation in any email folders, you can check your bookings directly in your Reservio client account. Click here to find out how.

If you didn't receive a confirmation email for your booking and you don't see it in your account either, contact our Customer Care team, who will be happy to help.
