You can decide whether you want to approve your clients' bookings manually or let the system automatically approve each booking.
How does booking approval work in practice?
If you choose to approve bookings manually, the system always notifies you of a new booking request.
After you have approved the booking, the client receives confirmation that the booking is valid. It is up to you whether or not you approve a particular client's booking. Manual approval of bookings will give you better control over the bookings in your calendar.
Automatic approval means that as soon as a client creates a booking, the booking becomes valid. This approval system is time-saving compared to manual approval.
Booking approval settings
The chosen approval method can be easily set up in the booking rules settings, which can be found via the Online booking — Booking rules section. To activate manual approval, click on the button to move it to the right. If you want the system to approve your bookings for you, leave the button on the left.
Where to find this setting in the Reservio Business app
You can find the booking approval setting in one place along with other booking rules. Just click on the Menu tab in the bottom bar. The Booking rules are located in the Online booking section where you can set this rule.
