Have you received a gift voucher but don’t know how to use it? Continue reading and you will learn how to proceed in these situations.
The gift voucher purchase feature has been discontinued as of December 2, 2025. This means that it is no longer possible to buy new vouchers, including passes as gift vouchers. However, vouchers purchased before this date can still be redeemed.
Redeem the voucher
On the voucher you received, you find a link where to redeem the voucher (https://www.reservio.cz/darkove-poukazy/uplatnit). Enter the code of your voucher into the displayed field and click Confirm (Potvrdit).
You will be asked to sign into your client account or create a new one.
Your voucher turns into a pass that you add to your account by clicking on the blue button Add to my account (Pridat do meho uctu).
Now, you can use the pass when booking a service.
This setup is currently available only for our Czech customers who have payments enabled via the ČSOB payment gateway and are part of our marketplace, www.reservio.cz.
