Are you thinking of the right Christmas, birthday, or anniversary gift for your close ones, and you think that a gift voucher for their favorite self-care service is it? Or have you received such a voucher but don’t know how to use it? Continue reading and you will learn how to proceed in these situations.
Purchase a voucher
Open the Booking Website of the business and under the Passes (Permanentky) tab, select the one you want to buy by clicking on it.
In the next step, click on Buy as Gift (Koupit jako darek) below the description of the voucher.
Select the design of the voucher. You can choose from a classic, birthday, or Christmas motive. Then click on the blue button Confirm (Potvrdit).
In the next step, you find a confirmation that you buy the voucher as a gift. Here, you also sign into your client account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one - fill in your contact details, and create a password. Then, all you need to do is to Confirm and pay (Potvrdit a zaplatit) for the order (vouchers can only be paid for online with a credit card).
The overview of all purchased vouchers can be found after signing into your client account. Click on the profile picture and select Vouchers (Darkove poukazy).
In the list, select the one you wish to give, and click on Download on the right. The voucher downloads into your computer as PDF which you can print out and gift to someone.
Redeem the voucher
On the voucher you received, you find a link where to redeem the voucher (https://www.reservio.cz/darkove-poukazy/uplatnit). Enter the code of your voucher into the displayed field and click Confirm (Potvrdit).
You will be asked to sign into your client account or create a new one.
Your voucher turns into a pass that you add to your account by clicking on the blue button Add to my account (Pridat do meho uctu).
Now, you can use the pass when booking a service.
