You can add one extra field (additional question) to the booking form, which customers fill when they are booking a service. You can use this space to ask clients for all kinds of necessary information. For example, if they have a loyalty pass and its number. However, this field is not mandatory, so clients can successfully complete their bookings without filling it out.
How to add an additional question
Open the Settings tab — Inventory — Services and select the service for which you want to add the question. At the end of the form, there is a box where you can write an additional question. You will see this box even when you are creating a completely new service.
