Are you wondering how much time customers spend on your Booking Website, or why they end up not booking, and at what point they abort the booking process? You can access all this information once you have set up your analytics tools correctly.
Analytical tools are available for users who use the Standard and Pro premium plans. If you have Free or Starter active and would like to use this feature as well, simply upgrade to a higher plan.
You can set up analytics in the Online booking - Setup - Website features tab. Enter the appropriate ID in the box of the selected analytical tool and save the changes. You can manage other settings, such as what and how you want to measure, directly in the selected tool. In other words, in our booking software, you just type your ID in the appropriate box and manage everything else directly via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Sklik.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics measures how much and which pages your customers visit.
Meta pixel
Meta Pixel measures how many and which pages your customers visit and in addition measures the number of bookings made.
Sklik
Sklik currently only measures the number of bookings created. This is a tool from the Czech company Seznam, so you will use this option especially if you do business in the Czech Republic.
