Consider the most appropriate cancellation policy

This depends on the type of your business, so think this rule through carefully. You can choose from the range of 5 minutes to 30 days, but also the Never and Anytime options.

Setting the cancellation policy correctly can help you avoid the unwanted situation of a canceled booking 5 minutes before the event when you already have everything ready for the appointment.

Setting cancellation conditions

You can easily set the cancellation policy in the settings with the other booking rules. In the BusinessSchedulingBooking rules section. Click on the drop-down list and select the value of your choice.

Where to find this setting in the Reservio Business app

The cancellation conditions can be set in one place along with other booking rules. Just click on the Settings tab in the bottom bar, where you can find the booking rules in the Scheduling section.
