Adding explanations to cancellations

Absolutely! When deleting a reservation, you can add a personal touch by leaving a message explaining the reason.

Whether it's an individual meeting or a group event, if you have a client's email address on record, this feature allows you to explain the reason behind the cancellation. You can find a delete button in the lower right corner of the window with the booking details. When deleting a reservation, a message box appears, enabling you to input the details. Simply confirm by clicking the "Delete" button to offer a clear and informative cancellation experience for your clients:

If you are managing bookings through the mobile app, the process remains seamless. You can cancel the reservation by clicking on the trash can icon next to the tick. When deleting a reservations, you can add the reason for cancellation directly to the notification, enhancing communication further.
