The employee is no longer working at your company? Be sure to delete their profile so that they don’t appear on your Booking Website and clients can't make bookings with them.
Open the Settings tab — Business — Staff.
Click on the employee whose profile you want to delete.
Click on the red Delete sign in the bottom right corner.
A window asking if you really want to delete the employee's profile pops up. Confirm your decision by clicking on the red Delete button.
Remember that if the staff member had bookings assigned before deletion, bookings will remain in the calendar. They appear Unassigned in the booking detail in the employee field. Based on this, you can filter them and then assign a new employee in the booking edit.
Where to find this setting in the Reservio Business app
You can also delete a staff member's profile in your mobile app.
Click on the Menu icon in the bottom bar and select Staff.
Then click on the employee whose profile you want to delete.
Then click on the three dots in the top right corner.
Confirm your choice by clicking on the red Delete staff member sign.
TIP: If you don't want to have your employee profiles on Booking Website, you don't have to delete them one by one. Just hide the entire employee section.
