Managing appointments and group events in Reservio

Unfortunately, as of now, Reservio doesn't offer the option to seamlessly integrate both types into a single calendar. When setting up your business account, you're prompted to choose between two types of calendars: one for individual appointments and another for group events.

  1. Individual appointments: tailoring your calendar

    If your business thrives on catering to individual appointments, the path is clear. You select the calendar designed for individual bookings. However, if you find yourself in need of accommodating more customers during the same time slot, the solution lies in the Staff section.

    Reservio operates on a simple principle—each employee represents a booking slot. So, to enable multiple appointments during the same timeframe, you add more employees to the Staff section. This way, the system aligns with the number of employees available, allowing you to create as many bookings as there are staff members during a chosen time.

  2. Group events: how to create an individual appointment

    For businesses centered on group events, we offer a dedicated calendar. But what if the occasional need arises for an individual appointment within this group-oriented calendar? Fear not. Set the event's capacity to 1.

Tip: If your business demands both an individual appointments calendar and a group events calendar, consider creating two separate business accounts—one dedicated to each.
