If you accidentally deleted a booking, you have the option to recreate it on your own. Simply access your Reservio business account and recreate the booking.

In case you don't remember the client's details, or if you prefer a hands-off approach, our dedicated Customer Care team is here to help. Reach out to them promptly, providing whatever information you can recall. They'll work to revert the deleted booking for you.

Regardless of whether you recreate the booking or seek help from our Customer Care team, if you have activated client notifications, your client will receive a notification about the canceled booking.

If you recreate it, he'll also get another notification about the new booking. If our Customer Care team assists in restoring the booking, the client will only receive a cancellation notice.
