If your business doesn't operate every day of the week — for example, only Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday — your booking page shows clients a Closed label on the days you don't work. There's no direct toggle to hide closed days in Reservio, but three workarounds achieve the same effect. Pick the one that matches how your clients reach you.
Option 1 — Show open all week, but only let clients book on working days
This is the simplest option and works on all plans. Your business hours will display as open every day, but bookable time slots will only appear on the days you actually work. Clients see "no available times" on closed days instead of "Closed".
Go to Online booking > Availability and set your business hours to all seven days (for example, Monday–Sunday 9:00–18:00). Click Save changes. See How to edit opening hours for details.
For each staff member who takes bookings, enable custom booking hours and set them only to the days you work (e.g. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). See How to set up custom booking hours for a staff member for details.
Tip: Add a note to your business description telling clients which days you're actually open. Your business hours will show as 7 days a week with this setup, so a walk-in client could otherwise turn up on a closed day.
Option 2 — Hide the entire "About us" section
Your opening hours are displayed as part of the About us section on your booking page. If you hide that section, the opening hours disappear with it.
Go to Online booking > Design.
Find the About us section and click the eye icon next to it to hide it.
Click Save changes.
See How to customize Booking Website for the full Design tab walkthrough.
Important: Hiding the About us section removes more than just opening hours — your address, phone number, slogan, and business description disappear too. Use this option only if your contact information lives on your own website.
Option 3 — Embed the booking widget on your own website
If you have your own website, you can embed the Reservio booking form or button directly into it. Clients book on your site without seeing the Reservio header or opening hours, while your contact details stay visible on your own site.
See either of these guides depending on what you want to embed:
Note: Booking-page customization is most flexible on the Standard and Pro plans, which is also where you'll get the most value from the embed widget.
Which option should I choose?
Most of your clients book online and you don't have your own website: choose Option 1.
You have your own website and your contact info lives there: choose Option 2 or Option 3.
You want full control over the booking page design: choose Option 3.
If you're not sure, start with Option 1 — it works on every plan and solves the problem for most businesses immediately.
